Discover Your Signature ‘Soul Core Code’: 1 Minute Exercise

Beauty Essence Blog Gene Keys & Human Design Meditation Temple Cødes

The 1 Minute Soul Core Code Discovery Exercise {Warm-Up}

The 1 Minute Soul-Core Code Exercise:

(For Enriched, Spirit-Aligned, Soul-Fulfilling

Daily Work & Living)

What if – in less than 1 minute *for the exercise itself* – I could guide you right here and now to your/a deepest daily soul-core truth that would provide a lifetime of compassed guidance and enrichment?

(That which would extend far beyond this minute!)

Yes, in under a minute of actual ‘exercise’ time.

Your ‘Core’ sphere (in your Gene Keys hologenetic profile) is especially related to your soul alignment and life quality experience in DAILY state of consciousness and the work you do.

Because the Core (shadow) also relates to the collective wound, you should have more of a ‘universalized’ meta-physical spirit resonance with this one and how it alchemizes with your soul and temple body.

If you value ENRICHED living in all dimensions and in your work; THIS is what you want to live actively from as much as possible.

Ready? You have to know your Gene Keys and Human Design type + signature first (or it’ll take longer than a minute).

::::::::::

You can get your free Gene Keys Hologenetic Profile Chart here.

You can discover your Human Design here.

::::::::::

If you have to find your charts, that doesn’t count against my integrity to the time, k?

In knowing your charts now, it should take 30 seconds to get your CODE itself.

And then you’ll have about a half a minute to have a starter experiential connection with it directly.

Then you can keep using your code from there for MAGICAL, DAILY SOUL ‘N SPIRIT ATTUNEMENT and enrichment as a compass for your life, work and all dimensions.

If you cannot write or think fast enough, that doesn’t count against me either.

As far as the ‘work’ itself of the exercise; you can either THINK through the steps in your mind, speak them aloud while you go through OR write them down. Ultimately though, I’d write or type them down.

Ok…Start the timer!

The 1 Minute Soul Core Code Discovery Exercise >>

Step 1A: Simply Name, Speak or Write Your ‘Core’ Sphere’s Gene Key Siddhi

ie. (Gene Key 34) ‘Majesty’, ‘Invincibility’

>______________________________

::::::

Step 1B: Then Simply Name, Speak or Write Your

Human Design Signature a.k.a. ‘Life Theme’

ie. ‘Satisfaction’

> ______________________________

{{::::::}}

Here are those Human Design signature life theme codes for reference (picks yours):

Manifestor: Peace

Generator or Mani-Geni: Satisfaction

Projector: Recognition & Success

Reflector: Surprise & Delight

{{::::::{{

Step 2A: Then adjectivize the Core sphere’s siddhic

(enlightened) signature

>______________________________

ie. Majesty > Majestic

Veneration > Venerable

Invincibility > Invincible

Tenderness > Tender

Celebration > Celebratory

Humility > Humble

Peaceful > Peace

Mastery > Masterful

etc.

::::::

Step 2B: Now; combine them together and this is your ‘Soul-Core’ Code!

>_______________________________

(ie. ‘Tender Satisfaction’, ‘Innocent Surprise & Delight’, ‘Venerable Recognition & Success’, ‘Universally Loved Satisfaction’, etc.)

(Mine for example is ‘Boundless Recognition & Success’…and to me that is so powerfully profound on the deepest level of soul and spirit resonance within…of my avatar self’s deepest Truth and to LIVE THAT DAILY, OMG).

::::::

Step 2C: Speak, Think or Write Out The ‘Daily’ Short Code Itself (By Putting ‘Daily’ In Front)

>_______________________________

ie.

‘Daily Humble Surprise’

‘Daily Innocent Satisfaction’

Up until now it should have taken only around 35 seconds if you know/knew your codes.

Step 3:

For this remaining ~25 seconds (but if you read slow we go over the minute);

Contemplate the immediate and instant profundity of those codes together as a RICH COMPASS to inflect in your daily life.

I just want you to get an instant taste or ‘flash’ of the Truth of this codes signature permeating into your consciousness and Light body.

What does the combination of those codes really mean and how could they impact you?

(Yours is signature to you but here are some ie’s.);

“What does ‘Devotional Surprise’ really mean?

“How would more ‘Truthful Satisfaction’ daily mean to me?”

“What if I could live with more ‘Intoxicating Satisfaction’?”

Could you feel a deeper and near instant-psycho-activation already in this magical alchemical synergy between your Core and your Human Design soul’s signature itself?

Did you feel something that could further blossom?

Of course this remaining ~5 seconds~ only gets you a START…a introductory TASTE (unless you’ve already worked with Gene Keys).

Step 4:

After the minute is up and you have your Daily Soul Core Code; I recommend you contemplate further and see about actively living and attuning your life daily to this soul-core code.

Check back in with it often enough to calibrate daily living (from the Gift and Siddhi as well as this Code).

The depth may amaze you and may have already brought shivers to your spine, tears of hope and awakening or shivers and tingles.

To work with it alchemically, you want to FEEL the saturation into your entire psyche and consciousness in all dimensions more and more.

After our hot minute exercise (now that it’s complete) >

After Burner: Next Steps

Now that you HAVE your code itself;

Here are some post-exercise commencement questions can further help you to saturate, awaken to and cultivate your Daily Soul Core Code and continue to give you inspired, orientating daily guidance moving forward and living richly closer to all of the time!:

Could you FEEL their instant deep resonance and a magic spark with your spirit?

What would it feel like to EXPERIENCE this magical state closer to all of the time?

“How enriched would I feel to keep living this state of consciousness and sharing it with others in my relationships, work, my legacy and business?”

“HOW can I live more like this all of the time?”

“How could I shift and adjust my life, work habits, work itself, thoughts, actions and relationships to experience more of this and paint it into the world for others?”

“Would I have to let go of certain things (to feel worthy of this)?”

“Just HOW deeply and richly could I receive and experience this sexually, spiritually, emotionally, psychically, physiologically, relationally, socially, professional, mentally and eternally?”

“How can I get back into the Truth of this encoded state more consistently when I drop into shadow experience?”

(And that’s not even getting into line numbers and further shadow work!)

Ok…How was that?

I hope you really got value out of this. And of course the prep around it took more than 1 minute but the exercise itself, well..yeah; less than 1 minute for some.

If you didn’t know – Yes, I’m a Gene Keys certified Guide and have worked with the Beauty of Gene Keys for around 9 years.

It is a RICH world with Gene Keys and there are ways to COMBINE or infuse HD/GK together like this which can be extra magical.

Did you know that your Gene Key gift and siddhic qualities can be signatures of your Avatar or Starlet Codex (representing your deepest IDENTITY truth and signature spirited celebrity brand and beauty too)?

I hope your Soul-Core Code also means everything 2u!

Again; mine is ‘Boundless Recognition & Success’. Said with an Australian accent, it catches the signature even MORE correspondent with its Truth (imho).

What’s YOUR Daily Soul-Core Code?

Feel free to share YOURS on my IG post (which I may add later below to click on).

Influencer: Are You Really Your Own Worst Enemy With You, The Spotlight…Even Potential Fame?

Beauty Essence Blog Social Media Marketing Sorcery + Ascension Wealth Soul Starlet

As a Light-worker, healer, conscious coach or facilitator with RICH CODES and BIG Spirit-inspired VISION to share with the world on a much larger scale; *because* you have such AUTHENTIC connection to Source and greater ‘current’ in your seat of the soul and consciousness (vs. posing as a Lightworker or someone who is just in it for the business of it without having done the real work);

Great currents that (ideally) can RUN THROUGH YOUR ENTIRE TEMPLE BODY AND RADIATE MEDICINAL LEVELS OF charisma or allure like a Starlet facing the world in sovereignty WRIT large.

(These currents can run when you are in SAFER ENVIRONMENTS with people who are wanting to hear from you, but what about facing the scary, unsafe world itself with stability esp. with such heavy visibility wounding?!)

BECAUSE you have such Power, Beauty, Magic and Light in who you truly are in Soul & Spirit but you and your physiology keep getting HIJACKED and SABOTAGED when it comes to greater visibility, opportunities exposure and speaking your voice CONFIDENTLY at scale…well, what if was all just impersonal Spiritual Warfare and it wasn’t actually ‘you’…you were just dealing with larger currents.

GREATER LIGHT CASTS GREATER SHADOW.

But in your case, it’s at an identity level of consciousness (and SOMATIC STABILITY REQUIRED).

What if there was an equal amount of INVERSION to all of the LIGHT GODDESS CODES that were WITHIN YOU (which we could call ‘Shadow’)? And what if THAT was how SHADOW was predominantly showing up for you after years of ‘playing it safe’ (but remaining based in ‘hidden’ fears, confusion and doubt)?

How you somehow ‘lose your voice’ in quaky disembodiment b/c you get too much uncontrollable self-doubt anxiety that you don’t want people to see you IMPLODE into anxiety around speaking at a larger scale for example.

What if your true self; NEVER had these issues of performance and visibility anxiety to BE OUT THERE IN THE WORLD?

What if it was the SHADOW construct ONLY and EVER that kept sabotaging your TRANSMISSION RADIANCE and the flow of energy into overnight-style celebrity-like INFLUENCE? (B/c remember you already have in Spirit-Truth great gifts ‘n magic to share with millions of people NOW ; but what’s BLOCKING that current-sea?)

And what if you could finally be more aware of this SPIRITUAL WARFARE pattern that’s kept you thwarted for many years on ‘getting out there’ at the scale you dream of? B/c after all; personal growth, visualization and superficial style makeover looks-maxxing still can’t resolve the DEEP-SEATED SHADOW-MATRIX of many faces that ATTACKS YOU when it comes to YOUR FORM OF CODES getting out there _and does it perpetually.

What if it was ONLY and ever the crouching SHADOW aspect and it’s fear-based ANTI-GODDESS nature that continually thwarted you, your own visibility and success into self-doubt, fear of judgment, fear of siphoning, debilitating anxiety, fugly duckling and insecurity?

And what if we could NAME – LITERALLY NAME this ‘Crouching Shadow’ aspect within yourself?

What if it was NEVER ACTUALLY YOUR BURDEN TO CARRY other than the soul lesson to win the spiritual warfare so you can live heaven on earth with the truth you already are?

Maybe it was closer to GODDESSES VS. DEMONS in an immortal SAGA that you were caught up in?

And that you maybe you should best expand your SELF-IDENTITY (source of all manifestation, attraction and success anyways) to an EPIC SCALE to include these larger Forces of Spiritual Warfare so that then you/we can make miraculous identity transformation at the deepest levels so who you ALREADY ARE can transmit through your Light body and have OVERNIGHT like INFLUENCE and impact WITHOUT BEING SABOTAGED.

If you’re ready to EXPOSE THE SOURCE SHADOW WITHIN and BREAK the INFINITY LOOP of spotlight self-sabotage so that YOUR CODES can get out there to the world at scale as a Lightworker and Ascension guide who has MASSIVE VISION and are DONE with the years of failure, depression, falling back into the gravity pit-abyss of despair and hijackery while your vision remains fantasy and hopes decay; then you are ready to read my new release ‘Crouching Shadow, Hidden Starlet’.

Isn’t it time to finally BREAK THE CYCLE AND UNDERTOW OF BEING DRAWN BACK INTO ‘HER’ DOMAIN and reclaim your THRONE in embodiment to confidently with ALLEVIATE ANXIETY be as influential an ascension guide and spirit-driven superstar as you KNOW you are in Spirit truth?

What If Your Terror of The Spotlight Was Just Identity Spiritual Warfare All Along?

Archetypes Beauty Essence Blog Social Media Marketing Sorcery + Ascension Wealth Soul Starlet

>> The ‘Crouching Shadow, Hidden Starlet’ Book <<

When it comes to all of the anxiety, fear, self-doubt, insecurity, sabotage, fugly duckling and other issues around you being heard, speaking your truth and voice and being seen more visibly on a larger scale (esp. if you’re in a spirit-centered entrepreneur, conscious coach, facilitator, healer, Lightworker or conscious influencer)…

What if all that was stopping you, wasn’t actually ‘YOU’;

…Rather it was actually a form of Spiritual Warfare within?

And this is because if you’ve been on a true awakening path; you are dealing with A LOT OF LIGHT connection to Source;

MORE LIGHT CASTS MORE SHADOW.

Thus, you have more CURRENT running through you. When your CURRENTS get caught up with interference or in reaction or fear (let alone in a temple body that likely doesn’t have the capacity yet to HOLD all of that Power and Beauty without short-circuiting and frying; doesn’t it make sense that you would feel MORE NERVOUS anxiety than the average bear?

Because you have GOD/DESS wanting to WORK THROUGH YOUR VESSEL…yet SOMETHING keeps hijacking and sabotaging you socially and visually in your exposure in spite of how rich and valuable you are in the upper realms.

BUT WHAT IF YOUR TRUE SELF NEVER EVER ONCE HAD ANY OF THIS FEAR-BASED SHADOW?

What if that WASN’T who you actually are (and ‘The Shadow’ was never even YOURS)?!

What if it was just the SPIRITUAL WARFARE WITHIN f*cking things up?

After all your codes and BIG VISION dreams likely THREATEN the entire underworld itself, so why wouldn’t you be attacked and challenged in unique and DEBILITATING ways? hmm….

And hey; I’ve had that crippling anxiety and self-censorship as well; esp. when it came to being seen and heard PUBLICLY with my CODES ‘n truth in my voice and image of course – I’ve got some stories, ha!

Consider that;

MORE LIGHT CREATES MORE SHADOW.

YOU MAY NOT ALWAYS BE AWARE OF THE SHADOW; but indeed it pops up when you get crippling self-doubt, anxiety and go back into hiding instead of taking braver risks of being seen where your CODES & CONNECTION TO SOURCE & A VESSEL OF GOD/DESS CAN FLOW in a somatically STABLE BODY.

So…MORE LIGHT CASTS A GREATER SHADOW.

This is a universal principle. What if…this was just how SHADOW was playing out in your body and world INTERNALLY with your LACK of visibility, manifestation and exposing your Truth to the world on the level you FEEL IT SHOULD BE IN SPIRIT?

Well…the whole premise of my new power report / book / release is this concept of ‘The Shadow’ and this impersonal SPIRITUAL WARFARE…and YOUR place in it all (including to make miraculous ‘overnight’ style identity shifts into an UPWARD spiral of heaven on earth ascension, ease, flow, recognition and breakthrough.

What if there was an equal amount of INVERSION to all of the LIGHT CODES that you carry within that was part of a greater, epic SAGA?

What if that was at an IDENTITY level of consciousness and this whole SPIRITUAL WARFARE itself is what kept mutinizing and sabotaging you, making it seem impossible for years to ever ‘break through’?!

And that is was never really ‘about you’ in the sense of ‘you’ that you think (so we’re going to have to expand your IDENTITY and self-concept itself to make a miraculous change so you can LIVE THE CODES YOU ALREADY CARRY WITH CONFIDENT as heaven on earth).

We go deeper into the POWER core at an identity level of this SPIRITUAL WARFARE in the new book.

> The ‘Crouching Shadow, Hidden Starlet’ Book <<

And what if you could now start having the TEMPLE BODY ACTIVATING awareness for transformation at an identity level when you know how to work with these LARGER CURRENTS OF LIGHT VS. SHADOW (and your somatic Light body)?

Maybe your self-concept doesn’t INCLUDE space for this spiritual warfare so you keep getting pulled into the undertow.

Wouldn’t it be great to step into the spotlight and visibility you’re really meant for with SECURE CONFIDENCE living heaven on earth with FLOW and ease (instead of living under the hexing CURSE of being a big vision Lightworker with larger ambitions and aspirations FROM Spirit)?

Remember you ALREADY HAVE the medicine and magic (assuming you’re so connected to Source) and if you have a desire to SHARE with the world on a larger scale (not everyone on my lists DO btw but that’s who I’m speaking to now).

What if it was just about resolving this SPIRITUAL WARFARE on an IDENTITY level of consciousness; Of your Light/Dark TRUE IDENTITY vs. Shadow’s Sabotage?

So that your ENERGIES, transmissions, essenced quanta, charisma, codes ‘n allure – that you ALREADY HAVE – could RADIATE OUT (like a Star/let) to the world in sovereignty in face of any resistance (and maybe even as your own CELEBRITY signature erospheric BRAND of an influencer)?

THAT is the Power of Star and Starlet consciousness.

After all; you’ve tried everything else anyways with manifestation and ‘personal growth’.

What if your Star or Starlet could finally be liberated in physiological COMFORT and stability to be IN POWER WITHOUT ANY HIJACKING and MUTINY against your OWN success and visibility? This is what’s happened with my latest phase 1 Ascension TV Starlet clients who got recognized and invited to tape around month 4 of our work together.

It was about EMBODYING and CIRCULATING what they already had while largely resolving this somatic and pscyhe spiritual battle within (and cultivating EVEN more connection and embodiment).

This is what I dive MUCH deeper into in the brand new power report ‘Crouching Shadow, Hidden Starlet’…b/c there’s a very simple yet life-changing reveal in there about the spiritual warfare. You may be SHOCKED to have it finally eXposed.

I think you’re really gonna wanna dive deep into it this weekend soak in the codes (‘n get OVER-saturated I think)- at least if you’re on a path that is calling far greater visibility and influence than you currently have b/c SPIRIT CALLS YOU.

Maybe you’ve never thought of Star or Starlet before (for yourself) even if you’re called to greater visibility and the spotlight; but what if the POWER was now here for a MIRACULOUS transfiguration of SELF after ALL these years of cultivating yourself spirituality in the seat of the soul to now have INFLUENCE & IMPACT in the lower dimensional world w/o self-mutiny?

After all ; we are now officially in what I’m referring to as Starlet Gate and we are at an APEX to the vortex itself…miracles will proceed. New Light-working starlets WILL be breaking through; this I promise…this book POWERFULLY centers a crux of it all in this great Spiritual Warfare.

If this resonates; I’d grab the book if you haven’t already..again; it’s my gift to you. For some it may take MONTHS to work through it but it’s although dense, it should be easy to read.

Again; here’s the link to get the book if you’ve been building up for it inside of you.

With these SIZZZLING new Starlet Codes (actually ancient yet now in our awareness);

I’m exposing the apparently DEEPER Truth dynamic behind the seemingly ETERNAL deceptive perpetual cycle of f*ckery that’s prevented what could be your overnight style miraculous transformation and breakthrough as some form of ascension influencer…it’s BECAUSE of your dynamics as a Lightworker, conscious coach, healer or facilitator and why YOU been so simultaneously ‘cursed’ with such an equivalent ‘anti’ burden.

If you’ve had great access to Spirit and Goddess codes yet you’ve felt invisibly HELD BACK for YEARS (even decades) with visibility wounding, performance and speaking anxiety, image trauma, fear of siphoning, fear of judgment, self-censorship to ‘play it safe’ and what seems like impossible super-natural GRAVITY, instability and SABOTAGE preventing you from being in YOUR POWER, VOICE and truth on a LARGER SCALE to the world (to live out your HIGHEST timeline as someone of great influence with nervous system stability INCARNATE with your Codes);

This will be THE MOST IMPORTANT RESOURCE YOU EVER READ on this subject.

EVER.

> Crouching Shadow, Hidden Starlet <<

And unlike my previous release of the ‘Gold Rush Ascension Code’…(which was more of a big picture dynamic overview into quantum wealth in the world);

‘Crouching Shadow’ speaks directly to YOUR dynamic (and what I have called the ‘greatest mindf*ck of all’) of being SO evolved and connected in Spirit codes and rich value, yet also so SHACKLED within in the lower and social densities with visibility.

I wouldn’t miss the opportunity to grab it and start diving into it NOW b/c it’s going to take some time (through the Light of Illumination) to more fully pre-activate and saturate into the deeper recesses of your psyche to BE EMPOWERED in your MAGIC, Beauty, Voice and Image with YOUR codes to the larger world WITHOUT the hijacking of your nervous system and crippling self-doubt anxieties.

Also it’s zero % AI. It’s ALL organic Starlet transmission codes…

Oh – and I did the title page cover art myself ;).

This is a book of alchemical magic on its own with astoundingly powerful intelligence from STARLET at the real onset of this Starlet Ascension Miracle Portal a.k.a. ‘Starlet-Gate’.

(I was blown away at how much is STRENGTHENS everything)…watch as miracles continue for those closest to these codes.

IDENTITY work after all is like the premium manifestation and personal growth work.

If you’re called to GREATER influence and visibility after years of crippling entropy and sabotagery that you CANNOT explain or control, this book is worth ….well, let’s let you find that out.

I am CONFIDENT that this book (power report) alone is going to catalyze some MIRACLES in at least a strong % of the women reading it and MAY FOREVER CHANGE your trajectory and accelerate your own breakthrough in making and living Heaven on Earth FAST (b/c so MUCH has been super-naturally STOPPING your Truth – until now).

There’s no investment for the book itself. It’s MY GIFT 2U.

A perk for being on this list or visiting the blog! You can join my email list here.

And just HOW the Gremlin inside of you is going to respond?

Well…That’s what you’ll have to find out 4 urself!

It starts off with ONE powerful question….
