Remember how we had the big kundalini ‘phase’ last year during year of the snake…myself and all kinds of others were getting our kundalini activated with the remote sessions (and I blogged about my kundalini awakening).

So I’ll first mention that after 9 months of REMISSION…my KUNDALINI is back online!

This isn’t just about me…it’s about me being a model-template for what’s possible. I had gone down to ZERO LIBIDO FOR MONTHS….

This (I found out) was b/c my hormonals were thrown off b/c of the cut diet and high cortisol I had for so long…it just messed with my chemistry…and b/c it’s an entire ecosystem with different components, even energy work ALONE practically wouldn’t have revived it….

I had to get health markers and body stress back in order (including libido in general) BUT THEN I could re-awaken the kundalini and it did b/c the general environment was set…my kundalini re-awakened after just one Grail Kundalini self-activation!

This means that if your hormones are ok, you can re-activate your kundalini ‘most likely’ (there are other factors including energetic health, etc.)…and btw it seems women are more likely to have kundalini at any age than men (independent of menopause).

Btw; how would I describe a rested state of kundalini to someone who has never experienced it before? (Not even talking about full blown awakening; again which I’ve blogged about in the kundalini and shakti category)

The short-form answer is that it feels like a light-fire in your sacral and belly that is pre-0rgasmic on its own that at any moment could contract and convulse into its own localized energetic waves of bliss…that which can also move upwards through your chakras (and has a lit cleansing O quality to it).

This is different than just feeling ‘dead’ inside or complacent with your chakras. And that’s just at a resting state…where you could have energetic spot orgasms within a breath or two.

It kinda also feels like you had the most LIT gourmet super-food meal and smoothie with all of the pro-active biotonins and all that centralized in one chakra or throughout your entire central front channel organically and then turn up the volume a bit more…it can feel like that at a resting pace (invaluable). And yes; it can be activated more (but involves spiritual and energy body dynamics including clearing, etc.).

So I AM re-activated with kundalini (great to be BACK and it really felt something was missing).
