This is some kind of anti-spiritual ego circulating around in spiritual circles; almost as if everyone who is a master or very talented shouldn’t actually be self-aware.

Generally I agree with the above statement however; > unless they’ve truly earned and lived it.

It can actually be constricting to live in self-denial and confusion about accepting whether you are who you really are. My tantra and Tao masters accept themselves as masters for example.

They don’t talk about it every minute of the day; but there are times and places where it befits to have that healthy light spiritual ego awareness.

At some point, healthy integration just makes sense and this may apply to you at some point along your spiritual journey.

Shouldn’t you be able to TALK about what you’re a master in when you’re in the teaching mode when it makes sense to not just ‘show them’ in silence but also speak about those dynamics specifically?

Sure; most of the time you won’t refer to certain things consciously but when it comes to WRITING transmission, it helps to make sense of everything. Yes you should also BE the living embodiment of your codes. This is what we work on VISUALLY in AvaStar and IMAGO.

But masters or great artists aren’t always only SILENT either.

BTW; I did post about my pre-Adonis journey in the last blog post (some would say) a bit prematurely; but I don’t mind b/c I’m teaching and referring to commitment from deep lived experience and it makes sense in this format to share (writing) and conscious awareness.

I’ve already been through the gauntlet and the blog is more of a real-time record and documentation AFTER a long decade on the precipice for me to also reference.

To some; I’m already there, to me I have to drop another % of body fat or 2, that’s all.

Some people will only see the silent ‘after’ version where I won’t talk about my process at all but I’m also a teacher, not just a before and then after influencer who *only* shows up in stoic silence after.

And yes; I generally agree that LIVING devotion, BEING a master or BEING talented (and then letting others recognize) is more important, but let’s not throw the words out as just ‘spiritual ego’ with the bath-water either.

EGO has a HEALTHY PLACE and many great masters and artists have REALIZED or self-realized that yes; they ARE talented and don’t only have to be in self-denial of it.

With spirituality; humility is often part of the real price to pay and crucible.

But here’s my main point (because you’ll find that I do refer to myself as ‘master’ and am now speaking about ‘devotion’ here and there and that I HAVE indeed been tribulated – ahem, b/c it’s brutally true)..here’s my point:

There’s a point where on the Hero’s journey (during of which they haven’t spoken about ‘devotion’ or ‘mastery’ for years because they/I were IN their Crucible)…

Yet…There’s a point where the Hero/ine returns home to then SHARE his/her magic, gifts and knowledge with the village or ‘soul tribe’ so to speak.

And that ‘return home’ may be at a different point in time than someone else who hasn’t left their cozy garden.

RETURNING HOME EARNS YOU THE RIGHT TO TALK ABOUT IT from a healthy place.

Should 1990’s Madonna (or Picasso) not have been aware that she had talent?

We can think of a million examples.

At this point and FROM EXPERIENCE and AFTER slaying many dragons UNSEEN to others…and countless Dark Nights of the Soul and tribulation; certain things are to be made CONSCIOUS and functionally so.

This is what I refer to as the Light side of the spiritual ego; the ability for a master to actually make CONSCIOUS certain things and to be able to coherently speak about and ACCEPT Self, Self awareness, self integration and the concepts one has lived.

I have indefensibly LIVED bhakti for 23.5 years for eons in VAST silence with ONLY Beloved and I (I just came out of heavy Temple Space on a Friday night).

I think by now; I’ve earned the right to talk about it more consciously. Yeah. I’ve given myself that…but that’s a big thing actually b/c devotion IS actually rare in the West so few people should be talking about devotion.

My living devotional experience and field is TESTAMENT and (yes I agree) MORE important than the words; yes, however the words AS A TEACHER (for me and other masters) are also functional and supportive as well in their time and place and do not take away from lived experience.

Just qualify your guides and don’t listen to the spiritual gas-lighters who say stupid things like “whoever calls themselves a priestess definitely isn’t one”.

Let’s be more mature than that. My lineage conflux is self-aware of their/our mastery and integrative of it (healthy Light spiritual ego).

So yes; I’ve been on an epic spiritual journey (and ACCEPT that I am an energy master, Grail Priest, Magician and yet always a student). I’m still in divine service with a healthy supportive spiritual ego.

If you believe you have EARNED your place from lived experience (and others also realize that truth), you don’t have to live in self-denial or humility…and no, it doesn’t take away from the rich lived experience and undeniability OF your lived Truth just to be able to reference yourself and then speak consciously about certain subjects.

There’s actually more power and weight TO your words but yeah; you also want to cultivate your Darshanic charisma or allure to communicate it all in stillness as well.

But transmission writing is also how we communicate.

Thus I’m realizing hey; there are others who can benefit from my lived experience, truth and frequency as well as CONSCIOUS talk and dynamics around this b/c although I’m on NEW journey crucibles, I’ve ‘returned home’ so to speak for the foundations.

To throw spiritual ego out with the bath-water and expect all masters to live in self-denial and humility is ridiculous.
