3 Steps I Used To Overnight Cure DEEP Brain ‘n Body Fatigue

I was feeling incredibly brain-drained and body fatigued the past 1/2 week even getting normal-minimal sleep (so it wasn’t that).
Yes; I had jet lag but arrived here a week ago so it wasn’t just that. I had already caught up on main sleep.
Yes, I was doing a lot of body workouts but this was unusual and was affecting my active state and wellness.
Ever felt like that kind of fatigue but couldn’t explain it? I was very sloggy and it was kicking in my Mastery shadow of apathetic Indifference and me not wanting to do anything.
NOW I FEEL AMAZING in body and head…it’s all gone – OVERNIGHT.
Here are 3 things I did to cure it overnight:
1. Had a re-feed meal (carb re-load) for yesterdays 2nd meal of the day (more brown rice and wheat bread than I’d been eating..this does help get more nutrient-sugars to the brain)
2. Energy work: I finally went into heavier temple session space for the first time since being back in Tulum and did pro energy work on myself including Darshan codex work and release-purging the past week (which included lots of soul disembodiment, not-self things I picked up and mundane travel) to officially re-embody myself
3. Turned my bed around 180 degrees and slept on it kitty corner with a pillow stack with my head AWAY from the neighbor’s same bed location on the other side of the wall to have my OWN proper head aura space. (Human Design RA is right about this). See if it applies to YOUR dynamic
I only got 6.6 hours of sleep so may nap later (still re-adapting from half way around the world); but I feel recharged and great BEFORE I’ll take some b12 again.
My solar plexus and heart have SPACE and are pre-pre orgasmic at a resting state again.
And to think people go their ENTIRE LIVES without getting energy work done. Especially for projectors and high performers, this is something you should be doing REGULARLY; growth maintenance pro energy work done.

Anyways; those 3 tips might help you heal brain fatigue even if you’re taking supplements, getting sleep, etc. And I know it was EACH of the 3 but how they added up.
You don’t know WHO is sleeping on the other side of that wall; I mean that’s a wildcard and how it can affect and drain you; time was bending in weird ways, there was a darkness and then living with that slog.
(New neighbors are there since last time I lived in the same condo b/c I did hear their clanging).
Now I feel like a million bucks instead of a zombie even though my feet are facing the wall and there’s no bed-head wall behind me (more auric breathing space anyway).
