And although you have a lot of connection to the Light; in your case, the shadows and infiltration is strong and often debilitating.
The patterns are simply too embedded in your psyche beyond your conscious control and superficial things aren’t likely to have any effect. The shadows continue attracting more entities and psychic attacks plus you can get re-triggered easily.

I would recommend this as a soul and psyche level transformational SOLUTION and strategy that can bring bring more than hope but real liberation as well as re-templatizing of your current relationships into deeper trust, freedom and intimacy.
(Besides; if it’s not handled, you’re going to carry the same baggage into a potential sacred union which wouldn’t even be one; it would be another (toxic) twin flame dynamic).
This Reclamation Makeover strategy has 5 simple yet profound steps;
1. Release
2. Re-embody

And I would recommend this Reclamation strategy whether you ever choose to work with me or not as a means to get your life back and into the good stuff.
Here’s the strategy in more detail:
Step 1: Release
You’ll want to release (aka ‘decondition’) any remaining demonic control, black magic, curses, entities, toxic twin flame or ‘X’ energy, miasma, implants (psychic cords), A.I. programming and infiltration from being STUCK in your actual psyche/energy field.
You want to effectively RELEASE and relinquish their (internal) subconscious control and authority.
This isn’t something that can best be done psychologically or conscious-mentally from within the thicket as experienced abuse itself can literally get embedded into your chakric psyche.
If you’ve worked with psychic healers before in releasing, then you may have to work with MORE powerful psychics who understand the terrain.
Nor is it something that can necessarily be done by many releasing methods (esp. if you are psychically under its spell and conditioning); ideally it has to be affected and released from your chakric psyche itself (where it’s energetically stored and practically keeps attracting things from your presence).
Womb trauma best requires womb healing in some direct or indirect form ie. in an extreme case a trustable tantra daka may be the go-to best solution. There are also female womb healers out there.
Keep in mind that there is the term ‘all healing is self-healing’. This can misguide you and keep you stuck for years thinking that somehow YOU have to solve it from being IN the swamp.
So you want to RELEASE what has to be released from your psyche and presence; even if it means getting more powerful support to help you release and move energies. Your neighborhood crystal and reiki healer isn’t likely to cut it.
(I for example have worked to break the collective L.A. demonic aggregate grid of shadow masculine tyranny of sexual abuse of power in Hollywood as documented in my ‘Dear Harvey’ post on the blog leading to the #metoo movement).
If you have been closed off to the power of plant medicine, this is something to consider.
It is what others have found WORKS in similar situations like these is plant medicine (albeit variably and often indirectly; magic mushrooms, bufo 5mEo-DMT, ayahuasca, san pedro…) as well as specialized direct, relevant and powerful energy work (not all healers are equal here).
Plant medicine (including iboga/ibogaine) has done miracles of healing for all kinds of more extreme cases (and addictions) when nothing else has worked btw.
So even if you are an extreme case near possession itself (which may require actual exorcism); direct specialized energy work could work for you.
You want to find releasing that works (which should include releasing implants that are restricting your sovereignty and can control you as psychic cords on the back of your chakras).
NOT ALL HEALERS ARE EQUAL IN POWER ITSELF. It may not be fair, but it’s important to take into account; this level of work isn’t just for hobbyists but true soul warriors. I’m working on collective levels for Beauty Ascension itself.
Direct energy work from a powerful practitioner can basically be like a lighter form of exorcism as it can effectively engage the psyche and MOVE stuck things literally including demonic entities (of which I’ve removed many in more extreme client scenarios).
Keep in mind that plant medicine/entheogenic work is often indirect on your releasing specific issues; so if you can go into session (ideally under proper guidance); I’d go in with a specific intention that can help do the releasing magic to free up more of your psyche and energy body.
So DO know that there is hope, you’re just going to have to do something more powerful, relevant and significant in most cases bringing in outside support to help you heal and move energies.
Generally you want to release the toxic shadows as integration and live more from the gift and siddhic frequencies where you have light and DARK in balance (shadows removed or at least managed and definitely not controlling you).
RELEASING is critical (and I’ve helped clients in over 1000 sessions do it); there’s just MORE of the evil-dark shit in YOUR psyche than the average person so yeah; not everything is going to work. A lot of powerful lightworkers including myself can get very strong psychic attacks because you/we are a biggest threat, but I don’t live under their control or burden.
Plant medicine is very psycho-active and engages your psyche/subconscious and direct energy work can MOVE things out directly esp. through psychic purging (it can open you up to receiving new entities however which is another discussion so you want a trustworthy shaman).
If you can mix in both (with a great shaman) that provides very powerful ‘worst case scenario’ type healing potential. I have a client/colleague who did iboga but it was with a BAD practitioner and in ways it caused more damage so you really want to be careful. For ayahuasca, I’ve gone to Peru and worked with different shamans whom I trusted and had good referrals.
Releasing entities that don’t belong will often help you get more of your psychic energy and identity back.
Understand that when (not-self) CONDITIONING fills your chakric psyche centers (emotionally, sexually, personally) there is hardly room for soul and other high frequency elemental, siddhic and archetypal essences to BE embodied (so you want to be deconditioning/releasing anyways); so if it’s ESP. Evil-Dark or trauma conditioning, you want that shit removed (I mean you DO right? Or how else is it serving you?).
Stepping forward; after releasing (and a process of removing most of it ie. an effect of psychic surgery);
Then you want…
Step 2: Re-embodiment
In order for you to GET to the Beauty part of all of this, there’s just more foundational work that YOU have to experience as a shift in presence and psychic health (before the sexy, good stuff).
With re-embodiment, you are essentially replacing the OPPRESSIVE demonic shadow residency that was governing your psyche with YOUR sovereign soul presence and power (as well as other post-natal archetypal and siddhic light and dark divine masculine or feminine essences through Reclamation which can be accessed and embodied as well).
In demonic possession, someone’s soul is NOT in residency but the demons are in the psyche…with infiltration the same is accurate to a lesser or mixed extent. Most consumers themselves are running on a lot of programming and conditioning rather than being soul-essence embodied in their chakras.
Direct specialized energy work (on top of releasing conditioning and demonic residency to have more psychic space) can help MOVE your actual soul essence back into the chakra cauldrons of embodiment (after releasing) in the same session.
Chances are that this will take several sessions AS you clear out the junk in your chakric psyche where trauma and demonic conditioning resides; essentially replacing and re-balancing the balance control of power as your TRUE SELF (the soul vs. the egoic self along with simultaneous running of subconscious/psyche conditioning).
As these steps in the process can blend together, this re-embodiment in your case should also include soul retrieval reclamation.
Again you want to effectively bring your ‘seat of the soul’ power back (from its degree of disembodiment) INto your literal chakric cauldrons (as psyche centers) to replace the demonic control ‘n conditioning (which is releasing) as well as progressive releasing of past traumatic experiences, miasma, Moloch imprinting and harvesting connection, etc. (all of which is blocking presence).
(Many mental institution patients btw effectively and simply have demonic residency control programmed and running their psyche, delusions, actions and mind itself causing psychosis; psychiatric medicine just doesn’t look at or treat it that way but perhaps should).
Fortunately being SOUL embodied is just good-good anyways (and many people/consumers are only about 15% soul embodied anyways b/c they’re mostly running on subconscious programming/conditioning and the egoic conscious persona).
Remember; the SOUL is the true individuated (and immortal) self. Decondition/release and re-embody.
If you have soul level identity corruption and are literally just evil yourself you probably wouldn’t be on this page seeking reclamation.
Step 3: Reclaim
Keeping in mind again, that these 5 steps can beautifully just blend together once you’re in the process;
There’s a reason I put number 3 after #2 because you want to START the process of re-embodiment after releasing so that then (once enough of your true self as soul signature essence is re-embodied in home field advantage), THEN you can do some soul retrieval reclamation (like bringing in your star quarterback).
From here, you can do ADDITIONAL soul and post-natal chi beauty essence cultivation which we could also functionally also call reclamation. Now we’re entering the rollerdisco..
Why?
With the right guide or shaman; you can not only reclaim soul re-embodiment (with missing, fractured pieces coming back together that may have diverged from trauma), but you can also RECLAIM your divine feminine or masculine beauty and power inheritance!
This is where you can reclaim Goddess or Starlet Codes or lost siddhic Innocence for example as part of your true soul-self resonance (and bring these essence based qualities back into expanded sense of identity/consciousness embodiment).
If you have deeper father wounding, you may want to RECLAIM not only the Daughter or Princess aspect but the HOLY DAUGHTER consciousness to fill the void of any lower truth, mortal wounding left in your psyche from your biological father or father figure.
In co-creating the sold out 2023 Mystical Beauty Immersion with Gillian Pothier, we led the women through a deep reclamation and restoration process…we went in deep on Week 1 to be able to cover the range fan of where the women were at.
In the greater context of choosing a soul aligned IDENTITY for yourself; one that is worthy of breaking karmic and lineage trauma lines this kind of work can be just the right medicine.
Archetypes themselves have a LOT of power esp. at the identity level of integration and embodiment. The Holy Daughter for example IS healed and fulfilled, you just have to allow her more into your psyche and identity.
My archetype activations or siddhic beauty activations are a perfect way to claim and reclaim more of your lost and undiscovered greater power and beauty (all of this to REPLACE the tyrannical lack of power, authority and control you had under evil dominion or just disempowered, consumer, religious and parental conditioning).
As you reclaim you are gaining more LIGHT-BASED spiritual authority, true identity, power and reception as well as energetic SOVEREIGNTY and re-embodiment of true self.
This includes literally strengthening your Crown and creating more psychic space in your chakras to be literally more receiving, holding and breathing of divine feminine or masculine organic codes.
NOW…with that said, so much of the power strategy if you have been a ‘light-worker’ who has been under heavy astral attacks BECAUSE of your lineage and the work you’re doing (and the forces that want to take it down)…a big power strategy is to actually reclaim and re-embody DARK ARCHETYPAL POWER.
There’s a difference between DARK and SHADOW. Shadow is compromised and destructive whereas pure, clean, healthy dark power, consciousness and beauty has the power to MITIGATE all of the shadow havoc.
This is also why I’ve been going through a Dark Eros reclamation and re-embodiment for myself to offset most of the psychic attacks I’ve been receiving. I ALWAYS have pure, sacred containers and if you’re a healer or lightworker this essential to your ACTUAL work when in session time and space that must not be corrupted. (I have rituals around things and I’ve never allowed contamination to affect my sessions except for the 2 ‘learning case’ rare exceptions that I talked about somewhere years ago and gave them free follow-ups).
Many healers and spiritual guides have come to me as THEIR energy worker. I’m known as a ‘healer’s healer’.
As a healer, spiritual guide or lightworker; if you are valuing ONLY of the Light instead of the clean dark, the power of the light is going to create harsher shadows but when you have health, clean dark truth (including archetypal dark aspects) flowing it counter-acts the shadows so you can remain in a much healthier balance all of the time.
Maybe once in a while you might have to to things to own and maintain the shadow but that’s far different than being under demonic shadow control (and there are many demons and many shadows; 64 shadows in the Gene Keys i Ching sourced spectrum of consciousness).
So; to reclaim and re-embody light AND healthy dark aspects may be recommended (as many lightworkers over-look the power of the Dark and Dark Feminine
Just ensure that the archetypes themselves are not infiltrated when doing dark work. The work I do with archetypes is ALWAYS pure and I won’t do Dark Sophia activations or Dark Mother because that has been hijacked by shadow.
Step 4: Re-balance
This whole process is about clearing out the oppressive junk, conditioning and infiltration that’s holding you back (often years of junk in mere minutes), reducing any traumatic or evil-demonic authority that has residency or control over your psyche back into home team advantage.
YOU should be (and truly are) the oh captain my captain of your soul, not any other forces. That is sovereign power esp. in the face of things.
With re-embodiment and reclamation, you are bringing back fuller soul sovereignty and general healthiness back to your subconscious psyche (anima and animus). In place of trauma you can bring in archetypal consciousness, power and beauty as well as Divine Union codes.
It’s a process of re-balancing control into sovereign stability of your psyche as well as far more Light embodiment (which along with purifying out shadows helps to distill Dark essence in balance with light). Doing Dark reclamation work can also help with balancing the light and mitigating shadow control and tyranny.
With much of the conditioning from earlier life out of your psyche, there’s literally more room for your soul and other essences to be embodied so it’s easier to BE and live from your true self and higher timelines. This is also related to your Human Design bodygraph and which chakras are more likely to be conditioned.
As you detox and re-balance, there’s more multi-dimensional psychic space and room for higher frequencies to be embodied and experienced as well as more higher dimensional beauty to radiate effortlessly (in your chakras and aura).
Re-balancing for some women might look like going from a psychic slave in the true sense with all kinds of issues around the masculine into glorious rebirthed siddhic (enlightened) essenced flavors of beauty and reunification; a consciousness and presence makeover of the highest ‘omg Becky look at her aura’ degree.
Note; this outlook is more about regaining authority on your path and in service. It doesn’t mean everything will be perfect.
It’s not like you won’t ever have battles or collective shadow-led demons to face in the future (esp. if you are ON a Sophianic or Sacred Union path); but you can do it FROM POWER and greater spiritual authority where destructive demons have their place (far away) and where you can own any shadow when it comes up so that it generally doesn’t affect anyone else but where you aren’t oppressed under their controlling authority anymore; that means freedom, liberation, love, union, etc..
In re-balancing effectively;
You can get to a point where evil, tormentive and debilitating shadows are more cleared out of your psyche, less common in recurrence and where collective shadows are balanced or managed more actively in owning your shadow so YOU as your soul warrior/ess are in control and righteousness can lead.
This way you can continue serving your light work in PURITY to your people and soul tribe.
As part of re-balancing; this means you can have healthy sexy DARK consciousness that remains once the malevolent controlling shadows are more relinquished and dark is left more purified in balance with Light.
Step 5: Repeat
Once you can enact the experiential formula which engages and MOVES THINGS, you can rinse and repeat to reclaim your life and spiritual sovereignty back.
Again; being STUCK in the muck and mire of these oppressive shadows and going it on your own from within it ‘solo’ (even with a strong conscious intent); FOR YEARS may not have much effect to do the re-balance of power necessary. I’d put aside the nomenclature of ‘all healing is self-healing’ and get support.
There will likely be several layers or cycles to go through even WITH the deep support if there is a lot to remove and re-balance, so respect that it is a process and may take (relatively) longer or more sessions for you than others but it CAN BE DONE (even if psychotherapy, yoga or meditations haven’t helped).
You must be willing to really change and sacrifice those things though as best you can or you may still hold onto things that could otherwise be greatly released with assistance. Going into such real temple space will likely call upon your Warrior aspect but you really have to want it.
So yes;
It’s a process of;
1. Releasing
2. Re-embodying
3. Reclaiming
(more of your divine inheritance; beauty and power)
4. Re-balancing
5. Rinse & RE:peat
If you’re thinking of doing this on your own, keep in mind that it can be its own pitfall because you are IN the swamp of your own experience of consciousness.
In working with men for years, I’ve seen met trap themselves into this literally for years of their own cycle of remaining stuck while seeing what would have liberated them if they only sought my guidance.
You may have to find a team or someone qualified to work in this realm and get results (and yes there will be a price to pay but consider how many years it can save you).
With where you’re likely at even if you’re a healer; you’re not practically going to be able to do it all or even much of it ‘on your own’ (and any controlling demons love to think that you would believe that b/c they have the overall control).
Seeking external, experienced, qualified support is your best bet whether through plant medicine work or specialized energy work. I’ve helped clients release with more extreme cases of infiltration through the years.
You might have to bring in outside practical assistance or you may NEVER get out of the swamp. Know when it’s time.
If nothing has really helped so far, you have to bring in someone (or something like plant medicine as) more powerful and more relevant (and I’ve done this in MY life in areas I’ve been stuck).
Again; not all healers are the same in this case (to help YOU move energies)..you want a specialist like I recently attracted to deal with my unique dizziness problem that most doctors couldn’t even diagnose properly.
All of this is a PROCESS and an experiential one at that. Especially based on how severe your case is and how much past trauma is still stored; it’s likely NOT going to be done in just 1 session.
A Sophia lineage client who has this (at the time of original writing); we’re now on her 4th session and we’ve come a LONG ways towards her true liberty but that level of powerful work was required (and keep in mind that the psyche may not want to release everything all at once anyways).
As general infiltration and other consciousness psyche shadows are removed and you move into higher gift frequencies; then you want to MANAGE the collective spiritual warfare within yourself (aka ‘owning your/the shadow’) so the demons have their place and no longer have hijacked control over your vessel.
By having so much LIGHT and access to Light on your path, you are a target so you want to OWN the dark (an extended discussion) and shadow so that it doesn’t wreak havoc on anyone in your business, relationships, etc.
This you can do with power as you reach more sovereignty but if you’re ‘under their weight’ then the inertia is so strong you might remain ‘depressed’ in the daemonic swamp.
IF you are on a Sophianic path, it’s predictable that you will keep getting psyche attacks of different kinds as there are many astral forces against divine union; thus you have to grow in your sovereignty to have the power and spiritual authority (to face them) so that reunification and goodness leads and reigns (with healthy dark having whatever balance you want on the spectrum).
The reclamation aspect can include receiving Hieros Gamos (Sacred Union) Communion encoding btw as well as activating other siddhic aspects that could alchemize with your Lover-King.
The good news is; it’s not about taking linear ‘time’, it’s about powerfully shifting your PRESENCE; clearing out the entropic junk in your psyche that is blocking ascension and more light (as well as healthy dark AFTER much shadow is finally removed)
But are you really ready?
Because a lot of people IDENTIFY with their suffering and being the victim.
So!
If you know that YOUR situation is aging you faster and also bad for your mental, psychic, emotional and sexual health and you ultimately DESIRE reunification; if you finally want healthy, sexy FREEDOM out from under psychic attacks and depression there’s real hope (more than hope) with this 5 Re:step process!
