How do they relate to visual beauty (and getting before and after verifiable results with EACH session while also being something I might want to seriously cultivate long-term)?
Middle dantian (中丹田, Zhōng Dāntián): at the level of the heart, which is also called “the crimson palace”, associated with storing spirit (shen) and with respiration and health of the internal organs, in particular the thymus gland. Essentially (and arguably unknown ‘practically’ even to most energy workers and energy healers who may have heard of them but wouldn’t touch them);
The dan tiens are ‘elixir fields’ of energy or psyche centers in the human body (a.k.a. ‘energy’ or ‘light body’).
Ancient wisdom along with most religions recognizes that we are souls and that we are more than just physical bodies. Western Science (although still having a hard time accepting of ‘chi’) accepts that there ARE frequencies that exist that are invisible to the naked eye.
The human-body’s 3 dan tiens (lower, middle and upper); they’re not explicitly ‘physical’ like organs – but they are higher frequency psyche-spirit centers or chambers.
They are also valued as ‘cauldrons’ or ‘palaces’, but the middle and upper essentially require specialized work to affect them and activate their possibilities for you (esp. MDT/UDT whereas you are born with a storehouse of rich pre-natal chi mostly in the LDT but after decades, that also ideally requires cultivation work itself).
Unlike how the LDT mostly remains active for the first several decades storing most of the body’s life force; the middle and upper dan tiens are different and can get closed off from further development and storing chi and/or maximizing their potential and roles not just in your vitality but in your spiritual growth, embodiment and literal beauty.
The 3 dan tiens are analogous but different than the 7 chakra yogic system that is also ancient and well known.

Differing from chakras which are more seen as spinning and distributing energy (including to organs) while related to direct spiritual and human experience; the dan tiens are ‘reservoirs’ in which to accrue, store, cultivate and refine life force energy (a.k.a. ‘chi’ ‘qi’ or ‘essence’).
ESSENCE or ‘chi’ (which is high frequency plasmic spirit matter) is directly sourced in ‘Spirit’ or ‘Source’.
This ‘life force’ is also known as ‘ki’, prana or ‘orgone’.
Essentially the more ‘chi’ you have embodied, the more vitality, life force, source power and beauty you have; kinda like the ‘star’ concept – and this is WHY we feel some people as more powerful or beautiful in FELT energetic presence like from across the room.
The more power, the more INFLUENCE (key to beauty influence and being a beauty influencer) – except that this is literal embodied power and beauty-truth radiance; not money power or physical-looks conditioning power.
Most adult consumers do NOT have massive amounts of chi embodied b/c their fields are more blocked and personalized but stars and spiritual masters usually DO….to INFLUENCE more people they have to take on more POWER in embodiment (which can be feminine essences including EROS).
So it is your dan tiens specifically that allow you to EMBODY and hold far more life force essence or spirit matter plasma. This means more of YOUR essences into EMBODIMENT (literally like a goddess).
As reservoirs they each have different roles to play. Since this is the MDT/UDT I’m going to focus on them for now (but you know that the LDT is relevant for replenishing more life force than you were born with).
The middle and upper dan tiens are different and have different roles.
So essentially and from OUR lens; yes the dan tiens are related to vitality but (for us); the dan tiens become reservoirs for cultivating more Power (masculine ‘chi’) in embodiment and charisma (expression of chi from the light body) or for cultivating more alluring Beauty and shakti (feminine essences like yin chi and the spectrum of archetypal Goddess fractal chi signatures).
They become primordial cauldrons to STORE and alchemize different energies including yin and yang, elemental energies as well as more subtle essences as elixirs (like with the Grail Kundalini package – although I only worked that with chakras to date other than separate LDT sessions).
With our BEAUTY lens which includes EMBODIMENT of Power (chi; masculine) and Beauty (feminine) essence of the divine;
The dan tiens add greater primordial and foundational spiritual EMBODIMENT OF essences than is otherwise possible with the chakras alone.
The dan tiens are more about embodied Power, primordial yin and yang, Beauty and alchemical accrual and refinement into greater embodied spiritual enlightenment and truth rather than more a direct experience related with the chakras and their psycho-graphic inflections (ie. heart for emotion, etc.).
So by cultivating from wherever YOUR middle dan tien is (cultivated) at into a massive, beautiful COSMOS for example (like my tantra grandmaster and Tao Grandmaster Mantak Chia has – images used under fairy use copyright guidelines and he doesn’t endorse my work or even know of it);
It allows you to not only transmit more FELT INFLUENCE from your Heart and the emotional impact of that but even darshanic levels of ALCHEMICAL transformational beauty from your presence and image while also allowing deeper circulation, reception and giving OF love, deeper intimacy and hierogamy as well as ridiculous levels of spiritual eye beauty….
IT ALLOWS YOU TO CONTAIN, ATTRACT AND EXPERIENCE DEEPER COSMIC LOVE BECAUSE IT IS THEN WITHIN YOU….as you cultivate your middle dan tien; it’s size, scope, integrity and purity.
So doing dan tien work for beauty now allows us to EMBODY how BIG you really are in soul and spirit INTO embodiment for GODDESS level incarnate influence.
That is an INVALUABLE dynamic if you are on a soul path of fullest spiritual experience and expression as a form of goddess or starlet. FUNDAMENTAL stuff.
If your MDT/UDT dan tiens are underdeveloped and you have other energetic blockages (esp. if post-menopausal) all kinds of things are creating entropy and not only affecting your physiological health and aging but also restricting your ALLURE (and how it bends light in your favor) as well as the potential beauty of your eyes vs. if they were massively cultivated, lush crystal and crimson PALACES for example and how that feeds into your eyes; you are more like a god or goddess incarnate ‘in-truth’ and in how you FEEL and how in others experience your ‘can’t-put-a-price-on-it’ divine beauty (oh and how all of that affects your beauty influence and visuals itself).

Middle dan tien works with the heart area and is CRITICAL to maximizing your eye allure and beauty as well as felt EMOTIONAL influence and impact on others as well as the literal depth of love you can attract, receive, EXPERIENCE within (ie. in Divine Union), circulate and give. It’s also related to how cosmic your full-body orgasms can become as it mixes with your kundalini shakti.
